Various values controlling the law curve node can be checked through several options; one way of checking the control points is to looking in the node properties. The dependent values at output are available to observe when you click on the Dependent at output port.

When clicked in the middle of the node, the preview window opens. It displays the ideal geometry of the law curve with sample points positioning. The green points are the counts set to display on the curve preview. Each point can be hold and dragged to effect the law curve. Accordingly, the dependent values are set.
